Shota Kinjo

Originally from Yomitan Village in Okinawa, Shota Kinjo discovered his passion for bartending after joining The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa. In 2024, he was selected as a finalist in the Sustainable Bartender Competition hosted by Marriott International.

Having grown up surrounded by nature, he draws on that deep connection to craft cocktails that reflect the beauty and culture of Okinawa. His creations are a harmonious blend of local inspiration and refined technique.
